DeclinedWarn the user appropriately then report them to AIV or ANI if they continue. @Johnny Au: Page protection is usually not the best solution for problematic edits from a single user. Also, please don't use the minor edit flag for non-minor edits. For example, if you're adding a comment due to some sort of disagreement or adding or removing words in a way that alters the meaning of an article, it's not a minor edit.
