Proposed Change[edit]

  • What I think should be changed: I think the following new event should be added to the history section beneath "Partnership With Great Hill Partners":

Acquisition of DadeSystems On April 18, 2022, Versapay announced it has completed its acquisition of U.S.-based fintech company DadeSystems. DadeSystems has been a long-term technology partner of Versapay, offering their flagship product, DadePay, to automate cash application.

  • Why it should be changed: Versapay's Wikipedia page hasn't been updated since 2020. Since then, important events have happened that are a key part of the history timeline and will provide more information to users.
